What does it take to be a paleontologist?  It's more than just digging in the dirt!  Take a closer look at the science of paleontology and discover more about the high-tech research tools and techniques used to learn about ancient life and ecosystems.

  • Watch demonstrations of different ways of capturing information about fossils
  • Try your hand at capturing 3-D images of fossils from the museum's collections
  • Meet scientists who use technology to help answer research questions
  • Participate in an interactive game featuring our science experts and you!
